Skype In A New Business
Barney Madoff got it wrong. If you want to steal from literally millions with no way of getting caught, use an offshore haven protected by high tech communications to hide the peas.

You were uncovered trying to access a canceled cc, resulting in a decision against you by PayPal (PP-780-175-326 on 21 Sept 09), traced by Unique Transaction IDs #5NU49011NG130081U, #7KH67479CL1765817, #9YR2674242759345R, #5NU49011NG130081U, which you attempted to deny (PA004-KMM1698299I15977LOKM 21 Sep 09).
What you are asking for is a tacit admission that you have no control over your back office processes, but more likely will use this to fish for other canceled cc against which you can make additional spurious charges.
The FCC and FTC complaints can’t reach someone who hides offshore behind blind email accounts.
You clearly do not want the business, probably more interested in scamming than providing a service. I’m actually glad that this didn’t go through – your product’s quality has dropped below the cellar, and there are more honorable and reputable competitors that offer high qualty alternatives. No wonder that eBay is trying to dump you.
As I reckon it, you still owe me U$34.23. Small price to uncover an international thief.
Color you GONE.
