How do I get the log activity?
First, you have to tell the ii100 where to put the connection log file (a one-time
set-up step), and then do a refresh whenever you want to process the log files.

What do I do for unattended operation? A command line argument is used unattended operation of the ii100 log processing (e.g., as a scheduled task). The command line argument in a run line that contains the fully qualified filename of the executable, and the path to the folder containing the ii100 log files to be processed. As an example, using the default installation folder, and assuming that the ii100 logs files to be processed are located at c:\ii100logs, then the command line argument would be "c:\program files\futureware\simso\fwsimso.exe" "c:\ii100logs\"

Anti-Virus Program Considerations We strongly recommend you disengage any anti-virus program that you may be using during the installation and registration of all FutureWare products. There are known problems with anti-virus programs blocking database access and other file-based processing. Check the ReadMe.Txt file for specific procedures to protect against problems induced by anti-virus programs. |
Symantic's CrashGuard, NAVCE and RTVScan products have documented problems related to database access issues that are covered in varying detail on their web site. You should exclude from virus scans SIMSO's installation folder, or at the least exclude the following files located in SIMSO's installation folder: fwsimso.exe, simso.ini, simso100.fwa. |
