At FutureWare, protecting your privacy is very important. We want to make your experience on the Internet as comfortable and rewarding as possible, and we want you to make use of the Internets vast array of information, tools and opportunities with complete confidence. Weve created this statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security, and to let you know about the processes we use. User information

When users visit the pages of FutureWare, they may be asked to give us contact information, such as their names and email addresses. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Our sites use order forms for customers to request information, products and services. Contact information from the order forms, such as a users email address, is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers

Our online surveys ask users for contact information (such as their email addresses) and demographic information (such as zip codes, age). We use contact data from our surveys to send information about our company to our users on a permission basis. We use demographic and profile data to tailor our sites and display content according to our users interests and preferences. We do not share, sell or distribute in any way any personal information about our users. The customers contact information is used to contact the customer when necessary, such as responding to an inquiry.

In all cases above, users may opt out of receiving future mailings that may result from providing email addresses. See the Choice to Opt Out section, below.

Our sites may also record the users IP address, which helps us diagnose problems with our server and administer our Web site. Your IP address also may also be used to gather broad demographic information that we do not share, sell or distribute in any way to any third parties.

Please remember that, unless you use a Secure Socket Layer (i.e., SSL) page, any information that you disclose in FutureWares web sites, or any other public areas of the Internet, could become public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information.

Security

Our sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We do not retain any credit card information, or any information submitted for verification and authorization for a purchase of products or services done with a credit card. Additionally, any and all communications related to submittal, verification and authorization of credit card information is done using the best available encryption methods, including SSL forms and triple DES encryption.

Childrens Guidelines

1. We do not collect online contact information without prior parental consent or parental notification, which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the childs request and will not be used for other purposes without prior parental consent.
2. We do not collect personally identifiable offline contact information without prior parental consent.
3. We do not distribute to third parties any personally identifiable information with out prior parental consent.
4. We do not give the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior parental consent.

Choice to Opt Out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the user. You can effect the removal of receiving communications by replying to them with the word remove or unsubscribe either in the subject line, or anywhere in the body of the communications.

Change/Modify

Our site gives users options for changing and modifying information previously provided. To make or inquire about such changes, send an email to webmaster@futurewaredc.com.
